PA6B series diesel engines designed by MAN DIESEL&TURBO FRANCE SAS are new generation high performance engines developed on the basis of PA6 engines through increased stroke, equipped with higher efficiency TC and redesign of injection system. 18PA6B diesel generator has been qualified according to IEEE387-1995 and used as emergency diesel generators in overseas nuclear projects such as KUDANKULAM in India and OL3 in Finland. In China, it has been chosen as EDG for CPR 1000 projects such as Hongyanhe project, Ningde project, Fangchenggang project and Changjiang project and AP1000 projects such as Sanmen project and Haiyang project.
